Do I need to make an appointment?

You do not need to make an appointment to be seen.

What do I need if I am coming in?

If you have medical insurance, make sure you bring insurance information along with your insurance card.

Where is Walk-In Medical Care located? What are the hours?

We are open 365 days a year, Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Sat-Sun & Holidays 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  To see where the Walk-In Clinic is located, click here.

Where do I send payment?

Payment can be sent to Walk-In Medical Care at, 1110 E. Route 66, Suite 100, Flagstaff, Arizona 86001. Payments can also be made online by clicking here.
